*14 Weeks*

14 WEEKS!!!

Wow! Where has the time gone? It really is starting to fly by! Its all I can do to remember to take a picture every week, which is why I have missed a couple :( Anyways- it has been a SUPER busy week for us! We celebrated Aaron's 25th birthday the other weekend with lots of great friends! And then had all kinds of things going on last week! This weekend I went to Chesapeake for a friend's first Pampered Chef party! It was lots of fun and Mom went with me to make the ride not so long! And on the way back we decided to stop at Virginia Diner (our fav!) and had a great dinner before heading home! Sure did make this momma happy!

This week has consisted of starting to work on the nursery... I am back and forth on which pieces I want and how I want to put it all together! But we did go last night and find some things that we like so hopefully we will figure it all out soon! I know- I'm early! But anyone who knows me well knows that I am a planner and that is just how I do things! If I have it my way, December 1st, the nursery will be ready! So I can enjoy Christmas and my BIRTHDAY and then be ready for baby!!! But we did go to Babies R' Us last night (Aaron's first trip!) I compared it to a Bass Pro for babies to prepare him :) And we found what we would like to have for our big items, like Stroller, Car Seat, High Chair and Bassinet! So that was super exciting!

I take my test tomorrow to graduate in December so that will be a wonderful thing! So glad to be done with school! Nothing like waiting until the last minute right?!?

Lets see... I go to the doctor on Monday so will post more then. Hopefully only 5 weeks until we know what Baby Campbell is! BOY OR GIRL!!!! What do you think? Then we get to have our gender reveal party which I can hardly wait for! It will be so much fun! Should know next week the big date! WOO HOO! Then its off to SHOP and DECORATE!!!!! My 2 favorite things to do! :)

Oh I almost forgot! Mom got a free code for a Sling by Seven Slings yesterday, so I did get to order my new sling that should be here in a few days and it only cost $11.95 for shipping! What a great deal!

AND.... DRUMROLL PLEASE.......
I have ALMOST talked Aaron into using these super cool cloth diapers to help us save lots and lots of moo~lah!!! A few friends are using them and I have heard wonderful things about them! So I am very excited to give them a shot for Baby C!

Hope that everyone has a great day! See you at 15 weeks!!! :)

  1. So glad you started a blog! My bumGenius' will be here tomorrow. I'll let you know how I like it, but I'm pretty sure I will love it. I read that an average family with one baby spends about $2,000/year on diapers. Run that number by Aaron, and I'm sure he will quickly agree ;)You look wonderful!

  2. It's exciting following your baby journey! I've enjoyed keeping up with it. Do you follow Young House Love's blog? They talk a LOT about Bum Genius and even give a price breakdown of what they saved (not to mention the health/environmental benefits!) Check their blog out! Glad to hear you're doing well! Happy belated birthday to Aaron!

  3. I love that you're blogging about this. Also, I love the sling! It's one of the top wants of mine for our future kiddos, I can't wait to see how you like it. Also, if you're taking gender predictions...I'm thinking boy :) So excited for you!
